Details:
A Body & Song session exercises the joyful connection between movement, voice and imagination. Through gently guided movement techniques and small group singing, participants are invited to experience a deeply connected expression of their playful inner selves. This is a judgement free zone in which we hold space for each other's library of movement to unfold as well as enjoy our singing voices in a small community. No prior movement or vocal training is required. Limit is 6 people.
