Come down from the weekend and move into a restful candlelit presence with yourself. Using easeful breathwork to let go of whatever the day has been, you'll experience gentle accessible movement which guides you into each restorative posture, supported by a variety of props. Rest and let meditative moments and gravity deepen your experience. Class ends with restorative shavasana and optional hands-free Reiki.
