Whether you're new to meditation or an experienced practitioner, we warmly invite you to join our supportive community meditation sessions. Practice the powerful Kirtan Kriya meditation technique in a welcoming environment, either in person or via Zoom. What is Kirtan Kriya? Kirtan Kriya is a 20 minute meditation combining gentle chanting, mudras (finger movements), and visualization. This ancient practice has been scientifically studied and shown to: -Reduce stress and anxiety -Improve memory and concentration -Enhance emotional balance and well-being -Boost energy levels and mental clarity -Support better sleep quality -Strengthen the mind-body connection Session Details 4 Thursdays, Feb 6,13,20,27 from 6pm to 6:30pm $10 drop in per class. Pre registration preferred. - Experience Level All levels welcome - complete instruction provided What to Expect: Each session includes: - Brief introduction to the practice - Guided instruction for proper technique -20-minute meditation practice - Optional group sharing and discussion - Support from experienced practitioners
