Service Description

Flowing sequences coupled with some longer asana holds provide a chance to connect with breath and body in order to create space, strength and peace. Yogis experience this moving meditation at their own pace and build strength and endurance along with a feeling of serenity. Modifications are offered throughout class so everyone can feel welcome and invigorated. Sprinkled with food for thought, fun playlists and ample opportunities to "tune in", leave feeling calm, centered and restored.
