Erick is a yogi and massage therapist dedicated to the arts of transformation. His favorite quote
is from Ovid’s Metamorphoses “Bodies, I have in mind, and how they can change to assume new shapes…” He has studied anatomy, kinesiology, dance, and expressive movement, giving his yoga both an orthopedic foundation and creative flair. In his classes he seeks to create a yoga space that allows for exploration and empowerment, and is inclusive and supportive for all kinds of people.
