Julie Blitzer
Julie Blitzer thrives on creating opportunities to engage and support people in self-reflection and inquiry, as she believes these are fundamental to existing with a sense of aliveness. She does this primarily through facilitation of The Grief Recovery Method (GRM), an evidence-based program that helps people process significant emotional losses.
In addition to offering GRM, Julie serves as a doula for the dying and their loved ones, as well as for vibrant adults seeking to explore matters of life and death. To balance her work around grief and end-of-life, Julie builds community by offering JourneyDance classes (a dynamic movement practice), being a Hoffman Process Graduate Leader, and organizing a women's group that focuses on personal development.
She is also a hospice patient volunteer, wife, mother of two teenage boys, dog mom, and budding writer.
