200-hour certified yoga instructor

Radka is a 200-hour certified yoga instructor with a passion for promoting physical and mental well-being through the practice of yoga, mindfulness and meditation. She has also completed training in Yin Yoga and continues to advance her practice through workshops, re-treats and consistent practice.

Her yoga journey started over a decade ago, when she took her first yoga class. Practicing yoga, mindfulness and meditation helped her become the person who she is today. Radka believes that “Yoga is not about the shape of your body, but the shape of your life” (Aadil Palkhivala)

She has been helping clients and students on their journeys to wellness for many years. Her attention to correct alignment will ensure safety, both in your mind and body. As an experienced vinyasa and yin yoga teacher, she will guide you through a well planned, challenging and fun practice. You will leave her class feeling accomplished, grounded and ready to conquer new challenges.

In her spare time, she loves to spend time outdoors hiking, kayaking, paddleboarding and exploring new places with her family, friends and her yellow lab Maisy.
